Greenlite Lighting Solutions, a commercial lighting design firm, aims to achieve the Investors in People standard, designed for companies committed to realising employee potential.
Developed by business leaders, this accreditation is a series of 39 indicators that organisations must seek to meet, in order to ‘find and realise the potential of their people.’ Greenlite places staff development and respect for its employees very high on its agenda and welcomes the opportunity to further this work.
As outlined by its company initiative, The Greenlite Experience, the North-West-based commercial lighting specialist believes in values-driven business. Employee wellbeing forms a big part of this. The green lighting firm also knows that happy staff equals happy customers – and vice versa.
Andy Chell, Sales and Marketing Manager at the commercial lighting company, Greenlite, says: “If our staff are fulfilled in their jobs, we know this will be reflected in their work. We are always on the lookout for ways to further improve our business, and ‘Investors in People’ is an ideal framework for this. We are currently developing a staff wellbeing and engagement policy and look forward to implementing it and seeing the results. We’ll keep you updated on our progress!”
