Greenlite Add 1,000 New Sites to Lighting Maintenance Service Portfolio in 2 Months

Greenlite has just announced that the company has added over 1,000 new retail sites to its lighting maintenance portfolio over the last 2 months. These outstanding gains have come mainly from 5 “household named” clients in the UK retail arena. A major player in the retail tile trade, two clothing retailers, one of which has 400 outlets, a homewares and soft furnishing chain and a national provider of vehicle tyres all combine to make up these outstanding figures.

Greenlite provides full electrical and lighting maintenance services to many of the UK’s multi-site corporations. Greenlite’s network of over 80 skilled electrical engineers offer a 24 hour 365 days full lighting maintenance support service to retailers and businesses from the company’s headquarters in Blackpool Lancashire. In recent years, the focus of Greenlite has evolved to providing a full service environmental lighting solution to compliment the core business of lighting maintenance which has been instrumental in the volume of new business gains.

Sourcing low energy environmental lighting solutions from a global supplier base has enabled Greenlite to drastically reduce clients lighting energy bills, in some cases as much as 70% which coupled with the increased reliability and lifespan of products used has meant that clients have also been able to trim their lighting maintenance costs.

Bob Hall, Greenlite’s MD said: “combining first class lighting maintenance with our cost reduction solutions has proved very successful for our company; I was surprised at how many high street retailers were relying on expensive out of date lighting technology. It looks like we have hit on a winning formula for our customers and also for Greenlite ”
